K9 Morgan with the Federal Protective Service has passed away. K-9 Morgan became ill on 10\/18\/15 She rapidly declined and had to be put down on 10\/19\/15. Inspector Imbert is waiting results on a necropsy to find out the cause of death. He was appointed Training Director for the New London County Work Dog Association from 1985-1987.
