Goshen Township PD mourns loss of K9 officer<\/p>\n

The Goshen Township Police Department is mourning the loss of a canine officer. Officer Jynx passed away Saturday at her home surrounded by family, according to post on the police department’s Facebook page. Jynx had an eight-year career during which she served with Officer Matt Bucksath. Jynx was responsible for finding over 75 wanted persons, several missing persons, and she sniffed out many pounds of drugs before retiring and living with Officer Bucksath and his family. On Saturday, she was honored by Goshen Township police officers, firefighters, CPAAA members, trustees, other area canine teams, police dispatchers, and friends & family.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
