Merrimack police mourn K-9 who died after recent cancer diagnosis<\/p>\n

The Merrimack Police Department is mourning one of its own. K-9 Pluto died over the weekend following a recent cancer diagnosis. Pluto was 1 1\/2 years old and had been a member of the department since October 2018, police said. Police said Pluto was certified through the Boston Police Department and was always eager to get to work with his handler, Master Patrol Officer Stephen Wallin.
