A retired Marietta Police Department K-9 died on Sunday, according to the agency.11-year-old K-9 Atos died Sunday, police said.Atos joined the K-9 ranks in March 2015 and retired in 2022. The police department said Atos \u201cserved as a dual-purpose canine trained in narcotics detection, tracking, evidence recovery and criminal apprehension.\u201dHis first handler was Ray Figueroa, before being passed to Aaron Johnson in 2019.
