The Saratoga County Sheriff\u2019s Office is mourning the loss of a retired K-9.J.D. was just 6 years old.The German Shepard had a major medical event while on the way to a veterinarian hospital on Wednesday evening, the sheriff\u2019s office said.He began serving with Patrol Tracking and Narcotics Detection in 2019 and worked with Deputy Rob Whipple.
