Spokane County Sheriff\u2019s Office K9, dies unexpectedly <\/p>\n
Zeus, a Spokane County Sheriff\u2019s Office K9, died unexpectedly on April 25. According to the sheriff\u2019s office, the deputy who handled Zeus found the K9 had died in his sleep in his kennel overnight when he reported for work last Thursday morning. \u201cK9 Zeus joined the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office K9 Unit in December 2019 and was almost nine years old when he tragically passed away, leaving behind a legacy of service and loyalty,\u201d the office said.
