Blessing of the Animals
Conducted on "Pet Memorial Day"
For
the second time ever a "Blessing of the Animals" will take place at Hartsdale.
It will
be held as previously, in conjunction with our "Pet Memorial Day" ceremonies
conducted
here each year on the second Sunday in September.
Last
year's event was extremely well-received as over 50 pets of all types
and
sizes were accompanied by their owners for the blessing
which
was bestowed on them individually by the Reverend Kathryn H. Clarke.
Due
to the marvelous response it be conducted once again, September 9th
at 1 PM.
Everyone
is invited.
